Year 2000, in the heard of city centre, Jalan Sultan Ismail, Kuala Lumpur "MPT-KL" was established as a Sales & Marketing Division of MPT, aiming to anticipate consumers demand and respond competitively with nationwide distribution channel coverage. The Pioneer Sales Division is strongly supported by four other departments namely, Sales, Marketing, Service and Administration. The Sales & Marketing teams are always striving for improvement in their expertise to serve our valuable customers better. |

On the other hand, the Service Team is always lending their hands in superior after sales services to the valuable customers. The range of services includes product service and repair, share part enquiry, troubleshooting information, product manuals, technical consulting, onsite response and customer comments handling. Furthermore, the service team has also engaged Twenty Authorize Service Centers nationwide to provide greater supports with wider coverage. |
