Each successive year, we conduct intensive satisfaction research among Pioneer customers. Hearing their voice helps us plan and implement improvements in future line-ups.
Our most recent survey showed that the price / quality ratio of our AV receivers had the highest satisfaction score of all our product categories. Sound quality and variety of connection possibilities rate also received high satisfaction scores.
In fact, it is these 3 factors we consider to be most important in our receiver line-up.
Customers also told us that previous remote controls and the user interface could be improved. And so we’ve made significant changes to both to make both the control and use of our receivers all the more simple – and pleasurable.
